International Shipping

We can ship overseas.

■DELIVERY■
Basically, we are using EMS for overseas shipping.
If you use other shipping methods, we will contact you using the email address registered in advance.
The delivery takes 7 to 15 business days, but it may be delayed depending on delivery location.
You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number when your order is shipped,

■SHIPPING COST■
The shipping fee is a flat rate of ¥4,000 for all countries.

If you pay in local currency, the price and shipping cost will be changed to the local rate.

■TAX■
All international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges at the receiver’s expense.
This rate is determined by the receiving country’s local customs authority. For further information on this subject, please consult your local customs office.

■ONLINE PREORDER■
If you preorder multiple items, we will ship them all together once all items are in stock.
As a result, it is possible that the ordered items may be released in stores or on our WEBSTORE before they are delivered.

■配送■
海外への配送は基本的にEMSを使用いたします。
その他の配送方法を使用する場合は、事前にご登録いただいておりますメールアドレスにてご連絡させていただきます。

お届けには7～15営業日かかりますが、お届け先によっては遅れる場合もございます。
発送が完了いたしましたらメールにて追跡番号をご連絡いたします。
配達完了までの日数は、お届け先によって異なりますため発送時にご案内する追跡番号よりご確認をお願いいたします。

一つの注文につき、一律¥4,000の送料を頂戴いたします。


■税■
海外からのご注文には関税や税金がかかる場合がございます。料金はお届け先の国の通関ポリシーによって決定されます。
関税や税金について、ご不明な点がございましたら担当の税関にご連絡いただきますようお願いいたします。


■ONLINE PREORDER■
複数点ご注文いただいた場合、全ての商品が入荷いたしましたらまとめてお送りさせていただきます。
そのため、オーダー商品お届け前に、店舗やWEBSTOREにて先に発売となる可能性がございます。
