僕たちが考える、これからの洋服屋について

What we think about the future of clothing stores

There are only two weeks left in 2023!

Although we are running around like it's December, we are holding an exhibition of the 2024 SUMMER COLLECTION starting this week. (Sorry for having to hold an exhibition during such a busy December period!)

The theme of this exhibition is "SUMMER JEANS STYLE," and we would like to propose summer clothing that is unique to us.

This time, the model was also photographed wearing a special model with summery blonde short hair. It looks best in sunlight.

The tank is made of 100% silk and is extremely comfortable to wear, and the cargo is made of seersucker and is also cool.

I've been thinking a lot about how we can enjoy the hot summer in our style.

Alright,

I'm going to deviate a bit from introducing the collection here, but I'd like to talk about what I think the future of clothing stores will be like.

Clothes are at the top of the list of clothing, food, and shelter, and are essential for life.

Since ancient times, clothing has evolved to adapt to the natural environment.

In this process, after the Industrial Revolution, ready-made clothing became mainstream due to the concept of custom-made clothing, and trends began to emerge.

Eventually, fashion would be greatly influenced by trends and we would enter an era of mass production.

I may have written this in a complicated manner, but this is how the fashion industry has come to be.

However, what I think is that we have to change from now on.

In this world, we make and buy clothes that we don't know whether they will sell or not, and if we have any leftovers, we immediately sell them or sell them at outlets.

I definitely don't want to do something like this.

I can't imagine that the value of the fabrics I made with the fabric shop and the precious clothes that I worked so hard to sew and wash would drop so quickly.

That's why we make it important not to make too much.

We make clothes because we want people who read this column to wear them. So there is no need to make more than necessary.

So, we came up with the idea of making the product to order so that everyone could see it at every exhibition. We will then place your order and deliver it to the person who wants it. It's a very simple thing, but since we don't make too much, we are able to create a natural and sustainable cycle.

To all the fans (customers and wholesalers) who agree with our idea.

To all the makers at fabric shops, sewing factories, and processing factories.

And everyone who works at CINCH.

All I can think about is ensuring that these three important relationships continue to grow and grow in a healthy manner.

It's been a long time, but I feel this way more and more.

I would like to end today's column with a little glimpse of the look from this exhibition.

A dress that goes well with sneakers and sandals.

Introducing skater jeans shorts!

All white makes you look forward to summer!

New colors of dinner pants are also available!

Cool but fun style!

The shorts of officer pants are also elegant ◎

There are also plenty of printed T-shirts that look like second-hand clothes!

I have a lot of recommendations, so that's all for today!

Thank you for always reading my column!
