Oblada's new spring pants part 2

This is the first time we've made BAKER PANTS at Oblada.

The name is "60s BAKER"

First of all, the official name of these pants that we are familiar with as baker pants is

It's called OG107 UTILITY PANTS.

There are several theories as to why they came to be called baker pants.

For example, the baker was wearing similar shaped pants.

In any case, these are utility pants, a design that was adopted for a long time by the US military for work use rather than combat.

(The baker pants I made during my time at Shinzone were based on vintage clothing from the 80s, with a tapered silhouette, giving them a clean look.)

This time, Oblada is proposing a new item called "60s BAKER" because it was created with reference to vintage items from the 60s, which have a beautiful straight silhouette!

The silhouette is not too thick and not too thin, it's a really nice silhouette.

The silhouette is almost straight, so the hem width is perfect for the current mood.

Another feature of the 60s is that the front is buttoned instead of zippered, which is really cool.

It fits surprisingly well and gives a very neat impression around the waist.

The width of the front pockets and other aspects have been adjusted to give a well-balanced look.

The hip pockets are intentionally placed high and large, which has the effect of making your legs look longer.

The distinctive olive green colour is important, so we paid particular attention to the colour.

The material is cotton back satin, which is finished with a garment dyeing process to give it a unique texture.

This olive green goes well with a variety of colors, from black to pink.

The good thing about military pants is that they go well with feminine tops.

The duck fabric has been vintage processed to make it just the right amount of soft, making it very comfortable to wear and surprisingly addictive.
